PERSEFONI BALKOU

 

grew up in Athens, Greece.

She graduated from the Athens University of Economics and, in addition, obtained a Diploma in Photography from the Athenian Artistic and Technological Group A.K.T.O.

She has also studied Bio-energetic Reflexology / Psychology.

She was head of the acounting department of Athens Festival and head
of advertisment department of  Greek National Tourism Organisation

Now she is freelance photographer.

"'I don't like to say many words about myself I prefer to let my pictures speak most about me.

As an Artist I believe that the photos show us the photographer.

His soul, his mind and his personality are all connected to one line at the moment of shoting. So if this line lies in harmony and quality, likewise will the result do.

I see Life through my poetic soul and besides my passion for photography, I love to write poems time to time.

Fine Art photography is for me my modest way to discover and give to others a hue of Beauty. Soul has always to move on and this is like a dance with the aim of gaining experiences and sharing them with bravery and Love,as nothing belongs to us.""
